Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading pharmaceutical business based in the heart of Healthcare City. Due to the award of a major new research project, our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant / Office Manager.
As EA to the Country Head, you will be an integral member of the project team liaising with the various business units globally as well as regionally. You will be responsible for all aspects of EA support alongside your Office Manager duties that will include negotiating contracts with suppliers, assisting with bids / tenders and taking the lead with all office fit outs and projects.
In addition, you will manage a team of 5 Administrators and assist with their continued growth and development throughout the organisation. This is an excellent role for a candidate that is looking to be fully submerged within a leading firm where you will be involved with formal decision making.
Requirements
The successful candidate should come from a multinational background, ideally be Arabic speaking and have a Degree in business. You should be flexible to travel internationally and enjoy working in a corporate fast-paced environment.
