Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives, working closely with other members of the executive team
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address administrative and logistical issues to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's office and the executive team by providing exceptional administrative support
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, with the ability to produce high-quality documents, presentations, and reports
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Resourcefulness and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take proactive measures to support the CEO and the executive team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Professional certification or training in executive assistance or office management is a plus
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
