Executive Assistant to MD

Job description / Role

Abu Dhabi-client provides sophisticated forex, bullion and commodities trading solutions to institutional and private investors. Institutional clients include banks, global and regional hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks and non-bank financial institutions. Offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Duties:

- Executive Assistant support to the MD.
- Diary Management, Arrange international travel, hotels, accommodation, visas.
- Working in a pressured fast paced and demanding environment.
- Assist with MD expenses, taking minutes in meetings, providing correspondences.
- Support business and personal matters.
- Liaise with other departments regarding confidential matters.
- Collate Data and research.
- Provide extensive administration support, typing letters responding to emails.
- Pre-screening calls on behalf of the MD.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations as required.
- Review and prepare reports using Excel.
- Liaise with other Executive Assistants within the company organizing internal meetings.
- Develop and implement.
- Provide full one to one support but assist a team as required.

Requirements

- Western National.
- Min 5 years senior Executive Assistant experience.
- Financial Industry experience advantageous.
- Based in Abu Dhabi.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Corporate in appearance.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

Hours 8.30 am to 5.30pm
salary 25,000 AED + dep exp.
