Job description / Role
We are currently seeking people who are creative, passionate and result-oriented. The buying role involves building and managing strong relationship with multiple suppliers/vendors from whom Emax procures electronics products to sell in the retail stores. The role will require someone with a charismatic personality, great analytical skills, good negotiation skills and strong stake holder management. A good eye for the product, awareness of current trends in the market, technology savvy is an added advantage to succeed in this role.
Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Retail Management/Operations
Skills/Competencies:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
-Quick and solitary decision-making skills on the following:
a)Strategy to achieve targets, margins, product ageing
b)Model mix, pricing of products/ promotions, inventory level, profit ratio, market share. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Specific relevant experience: 1-2 years' prior experience in relevant field is preferred
