Position Title: Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Design and develop menus
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Manage food costs, including inventory control, purchasing, and waste reduction
• Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and development opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 25 to 40 y/o
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel background or fine dining restaurant
• Must have Arabic / International / Western cuisines experience
• With HACCP knowledge
