Job description / Role
Looking for an experienced Executive Chef - to manage the full remit of a new Greek Restaurant concept throughout UAE. 3 outlets planned to date so someone with branding and concept development, pre-opening experience, creating menus,developing concepts, maintaining food cost, achieving budget, maintaining HACCP and Hygiene standards, training and motivating staff, developing kitchen staff techniques and management skills.
Requirements
Qualified Exec Chef experience, Greek cuisine, previous operations experience in a Greek restaurant preferred.A team leader and motivator. Multi tasking, attention to detail. A true hands on operations person.
