Job description / Role
We are seeking a well-established Executive Chef with proven track record in a well known F&B outlet serving Tex-Mex food in one of our F&B Outlets. The ideal will come from a Mexican background with with a strong portfolio of Tex-Mex dishes served with emphasis on taste and presentation.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the kitchen and create a strong team environment
- Create the food and beverage menu
- Full responsibility for the Restaurant's profitability
- Overall in charge of the Restaurant
In additional to fixed monthly salary, the job holder will be entitled to share in the success of the outlet through a profit sharing scheme.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Chef, specializing in Tex-Mex Cuisine with proven track record in a well establish Tex-Mex or Mexican restaurant.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- English / Spanish language skills
