Job description / Role
Client is a Global Leader in the Banking & Financial Services Industry has an excellent opportunity for Executive Level Finance Director
The Finance Director is responsible for creating the Finance Function, Developing and Implementing the Strategy
Specific Duties
- Set up and structure the Finance Department
- Support the organisation’s vision and strategy
- Recruit the team
- Implement Policy and Procedures
- Liase With the Board, Manage Financial Risk, Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
Requirements
- Applicants must be Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must have a minimum 20 years Accounting Experience with at least 10 years managing and leading a finance function
- Applicants must be Professionally Qualified ACA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or other recognised accountancy qualification
- Must have experience of working at large multinational corporations with a preference for candidates coming from Banking/Financial services or Oil & Gas sector.
- Finally Excellent knowledge and understanding of producing accounts under IFRS
