Job description / Role
We have immediate requirement for a young and energetic organization and performance executive that has relevant experience in having worked on setting up organizational metrics and performance objectives. It’s mandatory to have knowledge on working on performance objectives, balanced scorecards, Audit Reports etc. This role reports to the Assistant Director – Business Excellence. The primary responsibility is to support the Assistant Director – Business Excellence in managing effectively all administration and operational activities of the department including small adhoc projects whilst maintaining professional standards, confidentiality and integrity at times to all activities in the department and in leading the organizational quality and performance initiatives that guides all functions of the company to the achievement of its goals of programmatic and organizational excellence and in turn develops, manages, and integrates a comprehensive performance improvement program to achieve unprecedented results in quality, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and value for functional areas. A six month contractual visa would be provided for this opportunity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, MBA in HR would be a preference.
2 – 4 Years’ relevant Experience working within a strategic HR function or strategy.
Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, word, outlook.
Knowledge on Balanced Scorecard, performance management
Experienced in taking minutes of meeting and performing constant follow ups to ensure timely delivery of agreed action points
Ability to multitask, team work, and ability to handle pressure.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
