Job description / Role
As an Expert, you will oversee the design and implementation of portfolio planning and stakeholder management strategies and governance. You will also be responsible for enhancing statistical output quality strategies, processes, outcomes, governance, and overall capabilities.

Description
* Assess and monitor corrections to published statistical processes and products.
* Prepare methods and plans for statistical product review, evaluations, and audits
* Ensure that product review, audits, evaluations, review assessments and their findings are conducted and reported to the statistics sector.
* Determine and recommend suitable methods and tools to help in the verification of quality of statistical products, against approved standards and metrics.
* Identify recurring errors in statistical products and propose improvement initiatives to address them.

Requirements
* Must have 8-10 years' experience of working in mature statistical environments, with a strong understanding of NSO's operating models and statistical data ecosystem.
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics or similar fields. Master's degree is highly preferred.
* Must have experience working with statistical quality standards and frameworks.
* Excellent analytical and verbal skills.
* Strong reporting and proofreading skills.
* High learning agility and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
