Export Sales Manager Africa – Sub Saharan

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager Africa - Sub Saharan, to join our team in the non-food FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales management and be able to meet sales targets and grow our market presence in African markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an export sales strategy in line with the company's overall sales plan
- Identify and target potential markets and customers for our products
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to delivery and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in foreign markets
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
- Ensure compliance with all export regulations and requirements


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales management in the non-food FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing market share in foreign markets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of export regulations and requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently to foreign markets
