Job description / Role
We are looking for a person who can manage two restaurants (The third one on the go). The person will be responsible to manage and look after all day-to-day operations of the restaurant. He will be responsible for the sales and customer service, schedule shifts, control budgets, update and design menus, Hire and train staff, Control of Inventory, Purchase and count on stock of raw material to avoid wastage.
