Position Title: F&B Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well F&B group in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Calculate costs of food and beverage items
• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties
• Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly to the Property Management systems (PMS)
• Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian, Nepali, and Filipino
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role from hospitality/F&B industry
• Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
