F&B Hostess
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an F&B Hostess to join our Rixos The Palm team. To provide exceptional service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set.

What's in it for you:

- Welcome the guest with a warm smile and assist to the reception area
- Take record and confirm restaurant reservations / cancellations in accordance with departmental standards
- Ensure that the hostess stand is cleaned and organized.
- Review the Reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests
- Expect and react promptly to guests' requirements and inquires
- Actively listen to guests' complaints and inform the guest relations team

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Relevant experience as a F&B Hostess or similar is an asset
- Diploma/ BS degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Additional European language is will be an asset
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
