Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an International 5 star property who is looking to hire a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in Dubai.
You will oversee the running of 8 successful outlets, managing a total team size of around 70 people. You will report directly to the Resident Manager and ensure that you are effectively leading your team, motivating them to achieve set targets and KPI's.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, specifically within a world-renowned 5 star property. You should have the ability to lead a large team and will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. It is essential you are a task focused leader with excellent presentation skills.
