Position Summary: Our client embodies a rich legacy of each location in Dubai while presenting a modern expression of luxury. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding Guest and Member experience by overseeing the operations of all Food & Beverage outlets. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, managing within budgeted guidelines, and contributing to the overall success of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the efficient operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Maintain and enhance exceptional levels of customer service.
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals for team members.
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work within budgeted guidelines and contribute to financial goals.
• Assist in setting departmental targets, work schedules, and policies.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to develop innovative menus.
• Ensure accountability for monthly stock takes.
• Incentivize and motivate team members to maximize sales and revenue.
• Act as the deputy for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements

Key Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality and Restaurant Services preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year F&B Management or Supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to a range of work situations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• High grooming standards.
• A willingness to actively develop team members and personal skills.
