F&B Operations Area Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an established F&B company who is looking to hire an F&B Operations Area Manager to join their team in Dubai and oversee their 2 cafes as well as future expansion plans. As F&B Operations Area Manager you will manage a team of approximately 20 staff.

Your main responsibilities will be managing all F&B operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will forecast and manage vendors and finance, maximizing sales and revenue. You will also establish targets, KPI’s all schedules, policies and procedures.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have 3 plus years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager, ready to take the next step to oversee multiple locations. The ideal candidate should come from a 5 star hotel, with experience in the Middle East or currently in a similar role in Dubai.
