Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Mise en Place and Food Preparation
- Assist with receiving and storage of goods
- Clean and maintain equipment and premises
- Maintain hygienic standards and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of functions and service
- Assist with cellar operations
- Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service including:
- Mini Bar duties including
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience
- From 21 to 30 years old
- Good looking
- Cordial & Hospitable
- Profound knowledge of menu
- Inspect the item before serving
- Observant & attentive
- Quick post meal service
