Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled F&B Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations, guaranteeing top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
- They will play a crucial role in mentoring and leading a team of service staff, setting and maintaining high-performance standards.
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and consistency will be one of their key responsibilities.
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to ensure a seamless dining service is essential.

Requirements

- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, and addressing issues promptly and professionally is crucial for this role.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, in compliance with health and safety regulations, will be part of their daily routine.
- Additionally, they will assist in creating and implementing promotions and special events to boost revenue and enhance customer engagement.
