Employment: Full Time

The role of the Facilitator is to support the Centre of Excellence by effectively facilitating learning programmes and activities to meet the learning and development needs of Transguard Group. Assess the learning outcomes through written, spoken or practical tests and evidence the results on the Transguard’s TR360 system in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning method(s) used and present findings to the business unit.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:-

- Prepare for, conduct, and assess the learning programme as per the defined learning plan,session plan and CoE processes and procedures.
- Deliver training in line with the Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results
- Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays,simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and presentations
- Ensure that the learning and development methods meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
- Assist in the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as subject matter expert (SME)
- Create and develop practical activities, visual material and learning aids
- Assist with the creation of the Centre of Excellence course prospectus and manual
- Evaluate learning outcomes of Learning & amp; Development programmes and activities
- Update attendance, assessment and evaluation records at the end of each session onto TR360
- Monitor, record, and evaluate learning and development activities and program effectiveness, success and return on investment (ROI) periodically

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) from four year college or university Learning & Development Qualifications & Experience City & Guilds Introductory Award in Training Skills
- Certificate (desired) Minimum 2 years teaching/training experience (Integrated Facility Services) Job Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field (Aviation, Integrated Facility Services, or English)
