Job description / Role
We are recruiting for a facilities engineer to work client side in the Northern Emirates.
Duties to include;
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Coordinate projects as directed by the Head of Facilities.
• Creating formats and schedules for annual/ Monthly maintenance reports, making quotation for repair works. If it is not in our scope of work as per customer requirement.
• Extracting reports and monitoring the daily operation activities by CAFM
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
• Service delivery as per agreed SLA & tender scope of works.
• Operation of the FM contracts effectively & efficiently handles manpower resources, materials in line with the requirement of organization & Contract document.
• Monitor execution of PPM activities for MEP services and installations.
• To control resources such as manpower, material to achieve an effective control on the work front.
Requirements
• Degree holder in either Mechanical / Electrical
• Minimum 8 years of Gulf experience in reputed FM company
• "Think out of the box" mentality
• Good knowledge of the CAFM system is essential
• Good command of written & spoken English
