Overview of the role:

Responsible for implementing All on ground technical audits related to civil, finishing, and MEP JC clearing and intiation. Ensuring the provision of high standards of finishing standards across all common areas and back of house. Additionally, the engineer is in charge of special projects (CAPEX / OPEX) as assigned by Management. Management of on ground teams is also part of their responsibilities in addition to assurance of exceptional customer experience and journey.

What you will do:
- Conduct audits and inspections of mall common areas, addressing non-conformities and managing TFT scope of work.
- Oversee ad hoc jobs, raise and close them within SLAs, and monitor contract compliance for various services.
- Take charge of initiating, scoping, tracking, and supervising assigned capital projects within the facility.
- Manage TFT tasks, ensuring timely completion and overseeing the maintenance of high-level equipment.
- Provide support to all departments and oversee the permit system management for compliance and timely approvals.
- Support store management through material consumption tracking, audits, and critical spares management.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports, offer functional advice, and contribute insights to the budgeting process based on historical costs and projected expenditure.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree (Elec. Mech or Civil).
- Experience in facilities management.

Minimum Experience:
- 5-7 years in high-focus customer facilities (shopping centers, malls, hotels, residential, or commercial).
