A leading Developer in UAE is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to CEO
- Facilities Manager specialising in Retail Outlets
- Hard Services experience required
- Managing multiple sites
Requirements
To be considered for the role candidates MUST possess the following qualities:
- Engineering Background (Electrical or Mechanical) - Degree Qualification Desirable
- Extensive FM Hard Services Experience with an emphasis on Retail Projects
- GCC Experience
- Have held a lead FM role previously
- FM Service Provider Experience Preferred
Salary and Benefits:
