Facilities Manager - Dubai British School, Jumeirah Park
Dubai British School Jumeirah Park is located in the prestigious Jumeirah Islands area. This school has excellent facilities and offers exceptional opportunities for students to learn in a fantastic environment. We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the friendly team working alongside the operations team to ensure all facilities and maintenance is conducted to the highest standard.
The Facilities Manager will maintain the school building to its best possible condition with regards to health, safety, security and cleanliness. You will provide leadership to the facilities, tradesmen, security and transportation teams ensuring that all tasks are carried out with the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements
A suitable candidate will have more than two years' experience in a similar role, specifically focused on facilities management within a large commercial use property. You will have a recognized industry qualification, and a minimum of high school leaving certificates. Equally as important is an excellent knowledge of safety and security, with experience of safeguarding with contractors and school support staff.
