Job description / Role
Our Client is a leading Group of companies based in Abu Dhabi who are involved in real estate, development, construction, technology, infrastructure and manufacturing. A new position has arisen for a Facilities Manager within their Technology Division.
As Facilities Manager you will plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity) as well as refurbishments. Manager health and safety, building inspections and review utilities consumption. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians as well as external contractors.
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
• BSc in Facility Management, Engineering or relevant;
• Strong FM experience ideally within the Technology or Aviation field;
• Strong technical and MEP experience;
• Relevant qualifications in CFM would be advantageous;
• A strong understanding of power consumption is necessary to be considered.
