Facility Assistant Up To 3.5k Aed For A Medical Facilities Management Company In Al Ain
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for office work and handyman duties
• Maintains records of all business activities such as contracts, licenses etc.
• Involved in the facility department’s day to day activities
Requirements
• POSITION: Facility Assistant
• SALARY: up to 3,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits as per UAE labor law

• WORK LOCATION: Al Ain, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Filipino
• Male, 25 to 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma holder or High school graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in facility, operations department, or overall office work
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to work with a team, assess and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge in using computer
• Has initiative and works in minimal supervision
• Organized and keen attention to details
