Job Description:
• Assess the current conditions of MEP and A/C systems and other essential FM equipment in addition to soft services management within the portfolio
• Manage the service in accordance with the property management and facilities companies
• Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working correctly
• Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities
• Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open for Arabic speakers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a relevant technical discipline required.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar industry; minimum 5 years of which is in technical and functional responsibility in the facility management field
• Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety, Joint Commission, and OSHA regulations
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
• Certified Engineer (CE) desirable or equivalent preferred
