Job description / Role
Factory Manager up to 15k Aed for a Fit Out Joinery & Interior Company Based in Dubai
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule and etc
• Managing all work and providing timeline for production
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order
Requirements
• POSITION: Factory Manager
• SALARY: up to to 15,000 AED monthly gross depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Fit Out Joinery & Interior
• LOCATION: DIP, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in Fit Out Joinery & Interior company
• With experience in wood works
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
