Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and promoting overall health and well-being. The Family Medicine Physician will play a key role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough medical evaluations and assessments of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients, with an emphasis on preventive care, health promotion, and managing chronic conditions
- Providing comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals
- Counseling patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and wellness strategies to support their overall health and well-being
- Collaborating with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up services as necessary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development activities to stay current with advances in family medicine and healthcare best practices
- Engaging in community outreach and patient education initiatives to promote health awareness and preventive care

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program in Family Medicine
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification
- Proven experience in providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of family medicine
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team and collaborate with other providers and support staff
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
