Family Secretary / Executive Assistant - Dubai based
The role will require the Family Secretary to fulfil the following duties:
• To support the family members with secretarial and administrative work
• Accurate and timely preparation of correspondence on behalf of family members
• Respond to family members needs in a timely, professional, helpful and courteous manner
• Any other tasks which may reasonably be required from time to time
• Attend meetings when required and prepare minutes.
• Keep e-files for the family members business matters
• Assist with travel, appointments and expense claims
Requirements
Key Requirements
• Educated at a Degree level
• Experience of creation and amendments of long documents
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents and data
• Ability to manage a workload with competing deadlines
• Practical experience of handling enquiries both by telephone, email and face-to-face
• Recent experience of working in an office environment or for a family owned business
• A good communicator with patience
• Willing to take phone calls outside office hours.
• Business travel may be required.
