Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a local private equity firm headquartered in Dubai, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Female Banking Assistant to join their Investment Placement team. The team manages investor database and relationship in order to provide the best possible investor experience with the firm.
Your mission:
• To manage CRM and Agile customer data base and to ensure input of all relevant information
• To maintain KYC of all investors and ensure that the investments are compliant to local regulations
• To assist the team in building and maintaining strong business relationship
• Generating new leads and contacts for potential investment opportunities
• Reaching out to potential investment opportunities
• To assist the team in their marketing activities such road shows etc. for fund raising
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks
• Drafting letters
• To perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed to support smooth operations.
Requirements
Your background:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within financial services
• Proven experience providing support to financial teams
• Experience with front-office interaction highly preferred (eg. Interaction with clients and sales team)
• Fluent English and Arabic are a must
