Employment: Full Time

• We need a poised, polite, and presentable Female Customer Service Advisor to be the front lines of our organization, providing a good first impression on callers and visitors.
• You must be an active listener with superior customer service skills.
• You will be expected to handle basic customer service problems and requests adeptly.


• Excellent English Communication Skills (Written, Spoken).
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
• Technical prowess with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Soft skills: friendly, a good collaborator, dependable, organized.
• Required Education and Experience High school diploma.
• Three years of administrative experience.
