Job description / Role

Manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines to achieve and exceed hotel and department goals. Assist Food and Drinks manager to execute food and beverage marketing and sales strategies and come up with creative and innovative ideas to wow guests and increase revenues in F&D Outlets.

Requirements

• Open to European nationality
• Female, 35 years old below
• Degree in Food Service Management or related field
• Minimum experience of 3 years on restaurant manager post
• Experienced in 4/5 Star Hotel is a must
• Managing costs and setting budgets
• Experienced in a busy operation
• Skills on Training staff
• Strong marketing knowledge
• Good negotiation and organizational skills
• Communication and leadership skills
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Work Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation and fully furnished studio apartment
