Female Salon Operations Manager

Job description / Role

Objectives: The Salon Operations Manager purpose is to ensure business growth and profit, with ownership of operational excellence for the designated salons, following La Poupee Beauty Center values and standards, guide business decisions by staying on top of beauty and salon industry trends.

This leader drives the branches with focus on overall operations performance (service sales, retails sales and marketing), staff development, guests loyalty, and compliance standards (SOP / Municipality Standards / Health and Safety Standards). This position requires a drive for results, a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and teach service technique and product knowledge.

Main responsibilities: Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first escalation response for Branch Managers questions and inquiries. Guide and advise Branch Managers on operations challenges, client complaints resolution and staff training/skills enrichment activities.
- Supervise and analyze designated branch operations’ performance and implement strategies to ensure achieving target revenue and recommend to the Management solutions to fill in the gaps if any and to improve sales and output.
- Develop and implement marketing plan and sales strategy for La Poupee Beauty Center while ensuring appropriate and consistent branding is observed.
- Coach and support Branch Managers to ensure that each of them meets their branch goals while maintaining a positive, supportive branch environment and team culture

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Branch Managers in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the branches.
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, conduct regular salon visits and audits.
- Develop and implement promotions and activities within the branches to drive sales, motivate staff and attract customers.
- Reach out to community and target clientele including existing customers through promotional campaigns on social media and other marketing tools.
- Develop client’s loyalty program. Spearhead building of client database.
- Establish professional industry and brand partner relationships, suppliers and services providers collaboration that develops a shared interest in efficient delivery of service sales goals.
- Be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance with La Poupee Beauty Center policies, procedures, and standards.
- Be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance to Abu Dhabi Municipality and other government entities’ applicable policies/mandates at all branches.
- Implement a plan to ensure all branches accurately monitor and manage salon supplies inventory, order products according to budget and required products for professional and sales are available in all branches
- Develop customer satisfaction monitoring system.
- Conduct regular meetings with Branch Managers and if necessary, with branch employees to ensure all issues are monitored and addressed on time.
- Recommend and develop cost effective and efficient staff manpower planning.
- Assist the Company endeavor to attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talents.
- Supervise staff evaluation and submit reports with proposed action plans to Management.

Travel requirements: occassional travels between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

Requirements

University Qualifications: Degree in Business Management (preferred)
Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years professional experience in similar industry and leadership role
