Job description / Role

• Job Description:
• Incorporates materials and products specified in the Client’s requirement and create bill of quantities.
• Ensures the correct materials, quantities, and material costs haven been included in the quotations.
• Value engineering of products and suppliers when needed with an aim to secure projects.
• Attends client meetings to understand specific requirements of clients and coordinate with designers (in-house/ Client’s) and organize materials sample for client’s designers.
• Source new suppliers and products and update/ maintain products library and provides clients with alternative options of specified products and furnishings.

Position Title: FF&E Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the top interior fit-out design companies in the UAE

Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience with estimation of FF&E products
• Good understanding of exchange rates, freight, and associated costing
• Office furniture knowledge is required
• Capable of reading CAD drawings
