We have a great opportunity for an FF&E Specialist to join our client, a successful independent design studio based in Dubai. They carry out high-end residential projects in a variety of styles in numerous countries.

Our client, a successful independent design studio based in Dubai known for its high-end residential projects in a variety of styles. Due to an increase in the number of projects they have secured on an international basis, they are looking for a passionate individual with a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of materials and finishes to join their team.

The successful FF&E Specialist will be offered: 
- 10,000 AED - 18,000 AED (depending on experience and level of skill)

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interior designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design vision, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and product information.
- Manage the procurement process, including negotiations, purchasing, and quality control.
- Ensure that FF&E selections meet industry standards, client expectations, and project specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of FF&E specifications, budgets, and delivery schedules.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in the FF&E industry.
- Contribute to the development of FF&E presentations and mood boards for client review and approval.

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9.00am - 6.00 pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements: 
- Must already be based in Dubai 
- 4 years of experience 
- UAE driving license and access to own car
- Proven experience as an FF&E Specialist or similar role in the interior design industry.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including materials, construction, and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency in FF&E software and tools for creating presentations, schedules, and specifications.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field is preferred.
