Field Sales (Training Advisors)
Due to the ongoing growth and success of ISM Training, we are looking for 4 highly energetic, driven and focused sales people, to join our Field Sales Team.
As the region’s leading provider of sales, marketing and leadership training, a decade’s worth of experience isn’t essential as you will benefit from some of the world’s best training and development, however a thirst and drive to deliver excellence and meet targets is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote corporate training workshops in a B2B environment.
• Provide consultative sales approach to meet clients requirements, rather than hard selling products or service.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Adjust content of sales presentations, proposals and pitch specific to prospective client
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing customer base, previous success and case studies
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Maintain professional and product knowledge by attending training courses; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Requirements
• Based in Dubai or willing to commute twice weekly
• Full UAE Driving Licence
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Conversational, positive and outgoing
• Arabic speaker would be advantageous but not essential
