As we expand our commercial teams, we're seeking dynamic individuals to join us in driving growth within the hospitality segment.

Position Overview: As a Field Sales Representative specializing in the hospitality segment, you'll be a pivotal member of our commercial team, responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with hotels, resorts, and corporate entities. Leveraging your expertise in sales, hospitality, and customer relationship management, you'll drive revenue growth and brand presence in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and prioritize key accounts within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and corporate entities, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets, driving revenue and market share growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our sports equipment and apparel.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
* Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance, forecast sales, and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
* Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the hospitality sector or selling to corporate clients.
* Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
* Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory as required.
