Field Service Executive / Dealer Development Executive - OEM Automotive

Our client is a leading player in the Automobile OEM Sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to customers, they are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join them as a Field Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dealer Development Executive-Service
• Formulation & implementation of Standard Service Transactions at Dealership.
• On Job Training to the staff of the Dealership and implementation of suggested improvements.
• Dealer Clinics at the Dealerships & implementation of Action Plan.
• Preparing of the MIS reports.
• Infrastructure Development of the New Dealer Branches.
• Competitors Study (Study of their systems, products, compilation of data.)
• Conducting Service Camps at the Dealership.
• Event Management for special events organized by the Organization
• Monitoring of Monthly Satisfaction Index (MSI) of Dealerships on regular basis, provide action plans for improvement and to ensure the implementation of the same.
• Dealership Manpower tracking and keeping the records of Technical competence and suggest improvements for improving on the same.
• To assist Dealerships in Time monitoring for a Customer and Technicians.
• To suggest ways to improve the Work Flow in the Dealerships and reduce Lost time.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in [Relevant Field].
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in the Automobile OEM industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of OEM products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Arabic Speaking
