Employment: Full Time

The Field Support Data Analyst is a key field support function responsible for generating timely and accurate reports at multiple levels / functions for 10 different countries & 17 Dealers in the Middle East for effective decision making.

This function generates, modifies and maintains new and existing reports by using advanced Excel / Access functionalities to optimize and automate reports for greater efficiencies. The Field Support Data Analyst needs to have in-depth understanding of Sales and Customer Service KPIs to be able to perform the required tasks. The Field Support Data Analyst analyzes business information to identify process improvements and to ensure data accuracy. Such reports drive large financial payouts on incentive / bonus programs and hence, accuracy and attention to details are critical.

In addition, the Field Support Data Analyst provides recommendations to improve reporting as well as internal procedures.

The responsibilities for this position are broken down into:
• Generate and distribute business reports which combine data from multiple data sources, GM systems and third-party suppliers and transform the data into standardized reports and distribute them to stakeholders.
• Track and report out performance / financial payouts of Incentive & Bonus Programs
• Download data from SAP systems or other GM online systems
• Administer online system for Field Team Visit, organize trainings to Users, Report out technical issues to third party supplier, Provide monthly reports and report on non-compliance reason(s) to Management
• Attend meetings as required
• Assist in the training of new field personnel
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
• Analyze and evaluate purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems related discipline or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in similar field
• Be proficient and advanced in MS Excel and MS Access (with macros, visual basic coding, formula writing, logical functions, charting, pivot tables, slicers, dashboards) as well as use of Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
