Job description / Role
Filipino Commi 1 Up To 3k Aed for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
• Prepare basic sandwiches
• Perform other functions that may be assigned
• Ensure that the workstations are kept clean and to ensure the correct use of the equipment at all times
• Adhere to sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
• Assists the Head Chef in food preparation for the daily production, measuring ingredients as per menu and chef instructions and actively works with other chefs to increase his knowledge and expertise in all areas of production
Requirements
• Diploma or any relevant course is an advantage
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Commi 1
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Experience in making a sandwich is a must
