Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An individual who is aware of accounting concepts and principles, monitoring the flow of all the cash transactions as well as tracking supplier/customer invoicing and CIRs, ensuring their proper entry, verifying the accuracy of financial records, assisting management in report generation, and recommending policies for improving the financial procedures and policies of the site.

Requirements

- Handle daily and monthly petty cash and reconciliation
- To raise CIRs on time and correctly
- Deal with Supplier invoices and related LPOs including accounting of supplier invoices
- Month end accruals and reports
- Maintain good relationship with Client and colleagues at all time
- To perform accounting computations and calculations accurately, and try to identify if there are discrepancies, and if there are any errors, try to resolve them
- To provide support to management in preparing the financial reports/ budgets and forecasts.
- To maintain, update, and retrieve the financial information from the financial database and system
- Provide additional reports as and when required by the FM/FC/Management within reasonable time.
- To overlook procurement department and maintain analysis of monthly expenditure and raise issues with management such as overspent/ using unauthorized supplier.
- To maintain an overall control of vehicle lists with weekly/monthly fuel allowance/expenditure
- Other responsibilities as requested by management.

Experienced & Accounting knowledge
- Preferable – Intermediate professional qualification
- Working knowledge of medium type accounting software (Peachtree/Horizon)
