Job description / Role
• Assist in creation of financial and operational reports and reviews which improve financial oversight, decision making ability, business performance and profitability.
• Assist in budget preparation.
• Compilation of monthly management reports
• Preparation of Sales, production and inventory analysis.
• Monitoring material, labour and overheads trends.
• Completion and monitoring of ERP production jobs and evaluation of their costs.
• Assist in internal and external audit
• Performing multiple reconciliations
• Assist in costing for pricing purposes
• Daily updating Sales and Production and their monitoring with monthly plan and budget.
• Preparation of ad hoc reports and studies
• Closely co ordinating with departments for data gathering, compilations and reviews
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in commerce / ACCA preferred
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle
• Good communication skills.
• Should be technically sound in Financial reporting.
• Should have a sound personality.
