Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a world leading hotel chain, is looking for an immediately available candidate to join their team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Finance Director the successful candidate must have previous hospitality experience.

The Role
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Delivery of timely, accurate and relevant financial reports & statements in support of the achievement of business objectives.
- Timely completion of annual audit of the Companys financial accounts & records which demonstrates.
- Development of procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Process payroll for approximately 300 personnel across the operation in a timely manner.
- Management of entering data accurately into the finance system.
- Ensuring timely reconciliation and accounting of revenue.
- Ensuring timely payments for all obligations of the company in accordance with the agreed internal process.

Requirements

The successful candidate must posses the following skills and attributes:

- Previous hospitality experience is essential.
- Experience in all areas of financial accounting, reporting and working capital management
- 5-10 years experience.
- Experience of working in a payroll software is advantageous.
