Employment: Full Time

One of our clients, a Contractor in the UAE, is seeking a Finance Manager to come in and take over the department. They need someone with fresh ideas who is not afraid to implement their own ideas and processes on the company.

The company is part of a larger group, involved in mainly construction related activities. They have a number of projects on going at the moment and several more expected so this is a good time to join.

Job Description

Should have an Accounting / Finance degree and be Chartered

Experience in construction is necessary

Important that they can build relations with banks, suppliers, clients

Should have a positive credit in terms of received payables

Will be tasked with streamlining the finance process, so must be able to project manage

They will be rebooting the cash-flow, generating funds and preparing reports

Must be a strong negotiator, familiar with corrective action, invoices and revenues

Should be able to deal with Sub-Contractors and take the initiative
