Finance Manager

Job description / Role

• Reporting to the Partners
• Timely and accurate petty cash
• Manage Payroll
• Deal with AR and credit control
• Ensure financial records are maintained in IFRS
• Deliver monthly financial management reports
• Perform inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconcile various bank accounts and cash equivalents
• Prepare accounts up to trial balance
• Budget and forecast activities
• Manage tax schedules and monitor, resolve and support in taxation issues
• Prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Prepare regular financial management reports
• Coordinate the audit process
• Deliver accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expense
• Review of Projects' pricings, margins and profitability on monthly basis
• Assist with the implementation of ERP and have prior experience with it.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze, interpret and present financial and non-financial data in meaningful management reports, including recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to make decisions
• Ability to implement policies and processes
• Certifications such as CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA,ACA,CA or equivalent required
• 10+ years' experience in Finance or Accounting with minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in working in ERP environment
