Job description / Role
Finance Manager up to 25k Aed for a Property Development and Investment Company in Dubai
- Develop policies and procedures pertaining to the department and its interaction with other departments
- Establish project funding relationships with financial institutions
- Manage the financial system, ensuing maximum productivity, and oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team in order to achieve best practice and optimal output, to meet the group business plan
- Prepare the business plan and cash flow for the company and monitor and maintain throughout the year to control expenses and increase profitability
- Present actual budget reports to the management team to update them on market conditions, critical issues and the performance of the company, and provide additional support as and when required
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company
- Analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans
- Maintain the financial health of the organization
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Requirements
- POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
- SALARY: up to 25,000 AED depending on qualifications and years of experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Property Development and Investment Company
- LOCATION: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Preferably JORDANIAN, PALESTINIAN or TUNISIAN candidates
- Male, below 50 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance Business Administration or any relevant certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in Real Estate Industry or Property Management company
- Preferably with UAE driving license
- Ability to manage and direct employees
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with superior numeric skills
- Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills
