Job description / Role
• Hands-on management of the day-to-day financial operations; AR, AP, VAT, WPS, cash flow, etc.
• Managing timely compliance with tax requirements and with auditors for annual reviews.
• Regular review of currency exchange rates and negotiating better currency rates.
• Maintain relationships with business partners; authorities, auditors, bankers, and customers.
• Generating financial data, compiling reports, analyzing trends, assessing financial health.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and providing financial reports.
• Track the company’s financial status and identify areas for potential improvement.
• Adapting the financial plan and keeping track of deviations.
• Ensure accounting policies and processes are well defined and up-to-date.
• Support in process improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Managing Company commercial contracts.
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA a plus.
• Proven track record of previous Finance Management experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Accounting Software skills.
• Manual accounting skills.
• Strong Oral and Written English business Language Skills
