Finance Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our real estate company in UAE. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team to ensure the financial success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Manage and oversee the company's financial processes including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and banking activities to optimize the company's financial resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
