Description

* Collaborate closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and forecast future financial scenarios.
* Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations, managing timely and accurate filing of returns.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Serve as a key liaison with external auditors and tax advisors to address any compliance issues effectively.
* Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and optimise operational efficiency.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability.
* Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives to drive profitability and growth.
* Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, etc. is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management roles, preferably within the transportation sector.
* Proven expertise in business partnering, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
* Strong understanding of VAT and tax compliance regulations, with hands-on experience in return filing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
